We’re always working behind the scenes to deliver the highest quality drinking water to our customers.
In May, our water treatment plant team focused on disinfecting the South Filter following important maintenance and repair work completed earlier this year. Throughout the week, staff worked together to complete the process safely and efficiently. This included system monitoring, operational checks, and water quality sampling.
Projects like this help ensure our facilities continue to operate reliably while protecting the quality of the water we deliver to our customers.

Today is World Bee Day! 🐝That familiar buzz you hear is a sign your yard is supporting pollinators.

Recent storms brought significant rainfall to the region, and with it, additional work to maintain our critical water infrastructure – like the Hinkle Reservoir! Behind the scenes, our treatment and maintenance teams are actively managing storm impacts by removing excess rainwater to ensure the facility continues to operate as intended. This type of ongoing maintenance protects essential systems and keeps them in good working condition.
