Today we remember General Trasdamad Ganayan, one of the most prominent Armenian military and political leaders of the early 20th century. Born on May 31, 1884, General Ganayan dedicated his life to the defense and liberation of the Armenian people. As a leading member of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation and a commander of Armenian volunteer forces, he played a crucial role in organizing resistance and defending Armenian communities during some of the most difficult periods in our nation’s history.

Throughout his life, General Ganayan remained committed to the Armenian Cause, serving his people with courage, determination, and unwavering patriotism. His leadership, sacrifice, and devotion helped shape the struggle for Armenian survival and independence, leaving a legacy that continues to inspire generations today.

We honor his memory and remember the lasting impact of his service to the Armenian nation.

Today marks a painful chapter in Armenian history, 5 years since the day Artsakh was lost, but never forgotten.

For generations, Artsakh has been more than land. It has been home to families, to faith, to centuries of Armenian culture, art, and resilience.

As we remember the thousands who sacrificed and those who were displaced, we also carry forward their strength. Artsakh is not gone, it lives in every Armenian heart that refuses to let its memory fade.

Until our return, we will continue to fight for justice, freedom for Armenian political prisoners, and a free, independent and united Armenian Artsakh.
