Our Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Report is here!

This past fiscal year, America's Central Port moved 2.9 million tons of freight valued at over $1.3 billion, supported 670+ jobs across 51 tenants, and invested $10.79 million in capital improvements to keep our facilities competitive and connected.

A few highlights from the year:

✅ Completed the EDA Grain Bin expansion at Madison Harbor to grow grain export capacity

✅ Rehabbed 3,600 feet of railroad track at Granite City Harbor (IDOT-funded)

✅ Finished Phase II of Building 203, adding 12,000 SF of production space and attracting a new tenant (Hollywood River Studios)

✅ Generated $2.76M in leasehold taxes supporting local schools, municipalities, and public services

None of this happens without our incredible tenants, partners, board, and community. Thank you for your continued trust and investment in this region.

America's Central Port is conducting a study to determine the feasibility of constructing new railroad tracks within its property. The new track would create a direct rail connection between the Granite City Harbor, which is located north of Lock 27, and the Madison Harbor, which is located south of the Lock.
