(Click the online registration button) Before registering for the program, you will first need to create an account and upload the appropriate documents. (If you have already done this for a different program, then your account should be ready to go)

The Worthen Park Splash Pad has been going great!!! However, we do want to address a few issues we are running into.

1. Any person visiting the splash pad under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
(For example: a 14 year old cannot come alone with an 8 year old.)

2. Proper swim suits are required by Illinois Bather Code.
The following are NOT swimsuits:
-athletic shorts
-cotton T-shirts
-cotton shorts
-jeans
-spandex shorts/ sport bras

We have extended info pick up for Adult League Slow Pitch. If you are still interested in getting a team, please visit the Main Park Office by end of day, Wednesday, May 27th. We will look to start Co-Ed League on Sunday, May 31st, Women’s League on Tuesday, June 2nd and Men’s on Wednesday, June 10th.
