No downtime - just trigger time. 🔥
Free time during means more training time for our 648th Regional Support Group soldiers. Between critical RSOI operations (Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, and Integration) several 648th RSG soldiers seized the opportunity to sharpen their skills on numerous weapons at the Engagement Skills Trainer (EST) at Fort McCoy, Wis.
Precision. Discipline. Lethality.

Fort McCoy, Wisconsin – On August 2nd, Soldiers from the 209th Regional Support Group and the 648th Regional Support Group proudly welcomed more than 600 Soldiers from Army Reserve units across the country as they arrived for Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, and Integration (RSOI) in support of CSTX 25-02 at one of their RSOI locations. More than 7000 Soldiers are expected to be processed by the two RSGs between two separate RSOI locations. Our very own MSG Cisneros was the RSOI NCOIC.
With coordination, care, and commitment, the teams ensured Soldiers hit the ground running and were set up for success in the weeks ahead.
RSOI is the critical process that transitions units from arrival at the training location into full operational readiness. It includes everything from accountability and briefings to drawing gear and moving into the field. This foundation ensures Soldiers are properly equipped, informed, and ready to execute their missions as part of this large-scale training exercise.
