The Grass Lake Middle School Robotics Teams, Gears and Spears #7360 and Warrior Bots #27155 held their first meet of the season at GLHS last evening. The teams had about 6 weeks to construct robots that can play a game involving balls. Players must be able to pick up and shoot these balls into a goal placed above, much like shooting a basketball. We had 12 teams at this event and our robotics teams did a great job!

We would like to thank all the team mentors/parents, Chelsea Robotics, Saline Robotics, GLEAM, for setting up and helping during the meet. GL support staff, facility workers, Theater Group, and Aaron Moeckel for planning and support during the meet and after. The support of Mr. Thompson, and Dr. Angel for helping us host this event at the school. We are so grateful and proud to be able to use our school for this event and appreciate all the hard work and diligence put in to make this event happen.

Our next meet is at the Chelsea Robotics Center on Tuesday October 27th.
