Painted pumpkins, Halloween costumes, and plenty of laughs along the way. Our individuals have been enjoying some seasonal activities, and we couldn't resist sharing a few of our favorite moments.

It's always fun to see everyone's personalities shine through, whether they're creating their own pumpkin masterpiece or showing off their Halloween spirit.

Fresh apples, fall weather, and a little orchard fun!

Our NRS crew has been making the most of apple season with a trip to the orchard! There's something about spending a fall day in Maine picking apples right from the trees that never gets old.

We love seeing the different ways our individuals get out and enjoy everything our community has to offer.

Fall is off to a great start at NRS!

NRS is celebrating 7 years!

Today, I’m feeling incredibly blessed as I reflect on the fact that seven years ago, I took a huge leap of faith and started down a challenging but rewarding path—one filled with plenty of highs, lows, lessons, and growth along the way.

I’m extremely grateful to everyone who has helped make NRS better with each passing year. Your support, dedication, and commitment have made this journey incredibly meaningful.

I’m looking forward to continuing to grow, improve, and strengthen the quality of support we provide to some of the most amazing and inspiring people.

Here’s to seven years and to all that’s still ahead!

As DSP Week comes to a close, I want to personally thank each and every one of our Direct Support Professionals across NRS.

This week, I had the opportunity to get out to our programs, connect with many of you, and celebrate the incredible work you do every day. What stood out most to me is the dedication, compassion, and commitment you bring to the people we support.

Being a DSP is not always easy. It takes patience, flexibility, heart, and a genuine commitment to helping others live meaningful and fulfilling lives. The work you do matters, and the difference you make goes far beyond a single shift.

While DSP Week gives us an opportunity to recognize you, please know that your work is appreciated every week of the year.

From our Inland programs to visits with our Coastal crew, we’ve been on the move celebrating the incredible DSPs who make a difference every single day.

No matter the program or location, one thing remains the same: we are incredibly grateful for the dedication, compassion, and hard work our DSPs bring to NRS. We sure do have a wonderful team!

One of the best parts of this week has been getting out into our programs and spending time with the people who make NRS what it is.

Behind every program are DSPs building relationships, creating opportunities, sharing laughs, navigating challenges, and being there for the everyday moments that matter most.
