💜Join us for a Restorative Yoga Group - Coming soon on Nov. 9th, 5:30-6:30PM.
A gentle space for slowing down, reconnecting, and beginning to heal.

If you are unable to attend, please let us know ASAP Call us at 970-506-4114. A waiver and consent form will be required before your first class. We kindly ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for this.

💜 COMING SOON - Our TREK Family program starts on Sunday, October 25th - November 22nd for 5 weeks. This group supports youth ages 5-18 and their caregivers following the death of someone special. Children connect with peers in age-appropriate groups to process grief through developmental support. Adult caregivers learn practical ways to support their child and navigate their own healing. Each evening begins with a complimentary family meal. ** Call to register (970) 506-4114 ask for Lindsay ** The group will meet at First Congregational Church in Greeley at 2101 16th Street from 4:00 - 6:00 pm 💚💛
