Our Frontier Academy middle school cross country teams had an incredible season, with both our boys and girls earning 2nd place in the Junior Patriot League! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

A special congratulations to our top finishers:
🏅 Mary Friedman – 1st Overall
🏅 Elizabeth Wishard – 3rd Overall
🏅 Bridger Muth – 6th Overall
🏅 Jonathan Mathews– 8th Overall

We are proud of our runners' hard work, determination, and accomplishments—but even more proud of their character.

Last night, our boys were announced as Junior Patriot League Champions. Today, we learned there had been a timing error, and the official results placed them in 2nd place. While the news was disappointing, our runners and Wolverine families responded with grace, humility, and outstanding sportsmanship.

The way our student-athletes handled this moment reminds us that championships are measured by more than medals. Their integrity, resilience, and respect for others are what truly make them champions.

Congratulations to both our boys' and girls' cross country teams on an amazing season. Thank you for representing Frontier Academy and Wolverine Nation with class every step of the way! 💙❤️

🎻 Congratulations to Patrick Fulks and Olivia Kilpatrick!

They have been accepted into the prestigious Western States Honor Orchestra, becoming the first Frontier Academy students ever to earn this incredible honor!

They will rehearse and perform alongside some of the top student musicians from Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, and surrounding states at UNC in Greeley, November 5–7.

🌟 Student Spotlight: Charlie 🌟

Charlie exemplifies dedication, responsibility, and balance. This fall, he competed in both golf and soccer while staying committed to his academics. On Saturdays, you'll also find him giving back to the community by umpiring youth baseball games at the city fields.

His ability to manage multiple responsibilities while giving his best effort in everything he does is something to be proud of.

🌟 Staff Spotlight: Mr. Whitton 🌟

Mr. Whitton has made an incredible impact at Frontier Academy! After successfully transitioning from teaching at the elementary level to the middle school, he has continued to build strong relationships with students of all ages.

Beyond the classroom, Mr. Whitton is a positive influence on our staff, helping strengthen our school culture and bringing colleagues together as the organizer of our staff bowling league.
