This month we'd like to Spotlight our Administrative Services Manager, Wendy Haack, Administrative Services Manager for the Oneida Nation Economic Support Services (ONESS) 477 Program, for her outstanding dedication and leadership. Wendy has devoted countless hours to developing and implementing new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that have strengthened our department's operations and helped create a solid foundation for our growing program. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, she has stepped in to support Income Maintenance operations when needed and consistently ensures that our Case Managers receive relevant training and professional development opportunities.

As a relatively new program, ONESS 477 has experienced significant change and growth. Throughout these transitions, Wendy has remained positive, motivated, and focused on continuous improvement. Her commitment to excellence, willingness to take on additional responsibilities, and dedication to supporting both staff and clients have been instrumental to our success. Wendy exemplifies the qualities of a servant leader and is helping shape the future of our program. Her leadership, professionalism, and commitment to the Oneida community make her an invaluable asset, and we have no doubt she will continue to emerge as one of Oneida Nation's future leaders.

Thank you, Wendy, for your hard work, perseverance, and unwavering dedication to the success of our program and the people we serve.

πŸš¨πŸŽ¨πŸ–ŒCalling all Oneida artists!! πŸ–ŒπŸŽ¨πŸš¨

Healing of Duck Creek is a program aimed at preventing substance use and su***de amongst youth in the Oneida community. The program also includes cultural revitalization to help youth strengthen their sense of belonging, and their ability to make positive lifestyle choices reflective of their cultural identity. The program ends by honoring the youth with a canoe journey to celebrate and acknowledge the learning they have done. πŸ›ΆπŸ¦†πŸŒŠπŸ’œ

In preparation for our pilot cohort, we are in search of an Oneida artist who can create a logo for the program. Our ideal logo will incorporate Oneida Culture, healing, and the Duck Creek.

Applicants should have Oneida tribal affiliation, practice living in wellness, be connected to culture, live a drug/alcohol free lifestyle and be a role model to other youth in the Oneida community. 🌿πŸ”₯

The artist chosen will be compensated $2500 for their work. The logo will be used through the lifelong duration of the program. The logo will become property of the Healing of Duck Creek.

❌AI-generated artwork will NOT be accepted! ❌

Please see flyer for more information and contact for questions. πŸ‘
