To build a world where everyone has a decent place to live, we work together with beneficiaries, volunteers and partners.

This morning, we celebrated the people behind Clay Habitat’s story and the future we’re building together. 🏡💙

Thank you to Congressman Aaron Bean for joining us and highlighting how homeownership strengthens families and communities. We’re grateful to our city and county representatives, fellow nonprofits, community partners, and everyone who helped launch the celebration leading to our 50th anniversary in 2027.

Honoring our longtime volunteers made the morning especially meaningful. Their dedication continues to open doors for local families.

Special thanks to Church of the Way for welcoming us and to our breakfast sponsors, RadiFi Credit Union and Einstein Bros. Bagels, for their generous support and to Event Divas for catering a wonderful breakfast!

💙🏡 Building Stronger Communities Together!

At Clay County Habitat for Humanity, we believe that safe, stable, and affordable homeownership creates stronger families and healthier communities.

Thanks to a generous strategic investment from Baptist Health Jacksonville and Baptist Medical Center Clay, we can continue providing essential building materials for affordable homes in Clay County, helping local families move closer to achieving sustainable homeownership.

We are grateful for Baptist Health's support of our mission and its commitment to strengthening the communities we serve.

Together, we're building more than homes. We're building hope, stability, and brighter futures! 💙

🏡 Building Homes. Protecting Legacies. Strengthening Communities.

At Clay County Habitat for Humanity, our mission goes beyond building affordable homes. We are committed to helping families protect their homes, preserve generational wealth, and build stronger futures. 💙💚

Thank you to Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. and Mrs. Wright, Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) Jacksonville, and Three Rivers Legal Services, Inc. for partnering with us for last Saturday's Heirs’ Property Workshop.

Because building a stronger community means not only creating homeownership opportunities, but helping families keep the homes they already own. 🏡

What if the most important thing we build isn’t a house?

Think about it.

A child who finally has a bedroom of their own. A parent who can close the front door knowing their family has a place to call home. A future that suddenly looks a little different.

Those are the stories worth celebrating.

As Habitat for Humanity marks 50 years, Clay Habitat is preparing for our 50 for 50 Kickoff Breakfast.

But this breakfast isn’t simply about looking back.

It’s about asking one important question:

What are we willing to build for the next generation?

The next chapter starts with the people willing to be part of it.

Our Clay County Habitat for Humanity team, joined by our Board Vice President, Melissa Johnson, attended today’s Nonprofit Leadership Alumni Breakfast, hosted by the Paul & Klare Reinhold Foundation!

A special thank you to Bryan Knight for an insightful presentation on how artificial intelligence can help nonprofits work smarter, strengthen their impact, and better serve our communities.

We appreciate the Reinhold Foundation’s continued investment in nonprofit leadership and opportunities to learn, connect, and grow!

Before the keys comes commitment.

Clay Habitat homebuyers complete financial education, contribute volunteer hours known as “sweat equity,” and purchase their homes through an affordable mortgage.

Behind every front door is a story of preparation, hard work, and a family investing in its future.

You can be part of that story. Volunteer, donate, or explore ways your business can get involved at clayhabitat.org.
