Over the past three days, our staff had the opportunity to attend the Indiana Township Association’s Annual Educational Conference, and we’re reflecting on all the valuable things we learned!
Our team participated in sessions focused on their individual roles, including township assistance, payee programs, and new state laws and requirements. These opportunities allow us to continue building our knowledge and better understand how to serve our community.
One of the most valuable parts of the conference is connecting with other township leaders from across Indiana. Sharing best practices, learning about resources other townships utilize, and brainstorming solutions to the challenges we face helps us bring new ideas and perspectives back to our own community.
We’re returning to the office re-energized, inspired, and ready to continue serving the residents of Center Township to the best of our ability. We’re grateful for opportunities like these that allow us to keep learning, growing, and finding new ways to serve our community!
