Have you ever wanted to learn how to properly process a deer? Join K-State Extension and wildlife specialist Dr. Drew Ricketts for a live deer processing demonstration.

Participants will learn practical techniques for field dressing, skinning, quartering, de-boning, and identifying common cuts of meat.
