True Lesson Learned:
Hope & Peace for Parents, Clergy, Social Workers/Counselors, Health Care Professionals, Educators, Government Leaders, Law Enforcement, Caregivers, & Mental Health Professionals (Everyone)
To be an Essential Worker (Workers who are essential to maintain critical infrastructure and continue critical services and functions) it is necessary to step away from others traumatic ordeals to sustain being real ( true) to self.
It's call Self-care. Self-care is the process of establishing positive/productive behaviors to ensure holistic well-being, promote health, and actively manage illness when they occurs.
Bottom line, develop a care plan for self, do self assessments monthly, & modify to maintain best quality of life.
