ARTS promotes bicycle and pedestrian safety. Region 10 covers Beaufort, Carteret, Craven, Greene, Jones, Lenoir, Pamlico, Pitt, and Wayne counties.

A NC Safe Routes to School Project supported by a partnership between the NC Department of Transportation & NC Division of Public Health. Promoting bike and pedestrian safety in the community and at elementary/middle schools.
