We are beyond excited to celebrate Taylor! 🌟 Year after year, she goes above and beyond to support her students and ignite a passion for agriculture in her classroom. We are so incredibly grateful for her dedication to agriculture education and the heart she pours into everything she does. N.C. Farm Bureau thank you so much for your continual support of our educators, our 4-H and Cooperative Extension programming, and our farms!

Happy Birthday to our friends at the N.C. Farm Bureau! Pitt County 4-H is so grateful for everything you do to support our local youth and advance ag education statewide.

On this day in 1936, the first ever board meeting was held in Pitt Co.
Chair J.E. Winslow called it to order and it was established that this county office on Evans Street in Greenville would serve as the newly formed organization’s temporary state headquarters.
At the time, membership was slightly above 2,000, spread across 24 counties in eastern North Carolina.
Today, 90 years later, we have more than 665,000 members statewide and are proud to be the second largest state Farm Bureau in the nation!
