ECU OFA Volunteers!

Hey Everyone!

We (OFA) is having a regional training for GOTV next Tuesday night from 5:30-8:30. It is IMPERATIVE that anyone who wants to help with GOTV is in attendance as we will be training everyone on EVERYTHING that is going on! It is SUCH an exciting time to have One Stop Early Voting and GOTV (Get Out The Vote) in NC. We really want to make the best of this time to get everyone out to vote in Pitt County and at ECU. Let me know if you can make it.

Everyone come out to the Tipsy Teapot tonight at 8 to watch our President accept the Democratic Nomination for President! We will be there until Midnight! Bring your friends for a Democratic Party!!!

As you probably know, the President will be joining a call today to speak to Community Credential holders who, due to the venue change, cannot attend the President's speech in person tonight.

That call is at 1:20pm ET and will be broadcast (audio only) at http://www.barackobama.com/convention/call
(Credential holders should have received an email about this, too). Just go to that page at 1:20pm ET or a little before.

To all the volunteers and those who did the 9-3-1 program and have a ticket; I regret informing you that we will no longer be attending the DNC. Due to inclement weather expected at Bank of America Stadium tomorrow, the DNC has decided to keep the final day of the DNC in Time Warner Arena, as a result there is not enough room for the thousands of people expected to arrive and there will not be any buses arriving in Greenville. I hope all of you who worked so very hard do not think that all you did was for nothing, you have contributed to a great cause to get our president re-elected and we hope that you continue to do so and fight for all we have achieved so far and what we will achieve in the future!

EVERYONE COME ON OUT TO LEDONIA WRIGHT NOW FOR THE PRESS EVENT HAPPENING. CONGRESSMAN ETHERIDGE IS HERE AND CONGRESSMAN BUTTERFIELD JUST LANDED IN GREENVILLE! We want as much support as possible so hurry over to us here in Ledonia Wright!

Hey Everyone! As I'm sure you are well aware, Paul Ryan is coming to ECU campus tomorrow.

We want to show him that we are present and working on campus, so we are holding a press event in Mendenhall at 11am with Congressman Butterfield and Congressman Etheridge.

PLEASE come show your support tomorrow at 11AM in Mendenhall!!!!!!!

Organizing for America is working hard on ECU campus to get students registered to vote! Since tomorrow is the first football game of the season, what better way to tailgate than REGISTERING VOTERS!

We will be meeting at the bottom of College Hill (corner of College Hill Dr. and 10th Street) to head out and register all of the tailgaters to vote!

We will be setting up a table at 8am and we will be out there through the entire football game so come on out and help us register those Pirates to vote!
