It was an honor to be just one of the supporters who helped Pathway of Hope celebrate the opening of their Memorial Garden last week. Pathway envisioned this as a place of peace, healing, and remembrance for all who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss. With support from so many corners of the community, we know this will be a place where love and remembrance will continue to grow.

After years of work by the leadership of Muhlenberg Co. Opportunity Center, it was wonderful to celebrate the opening of their new facility yesterday! This project is such a great example of so many organizations working together to build an impossible dream and it's inspiring to be able to walk through the halls of what was once just an idea!

Today, approximately 60% of eligible children in Muhlenberg County are registered in the Imagination Library program. We want 💯!! An incredible 225,748 books have been mailed directly to Muhlenberg County Children since the inception of DPIL. SOAR is proud to support and promote Dolly Parton‘s imagination Library because we believe every child deserves the opportunity to grow up with Books. This wonderful program is equally funded by DPIL & Felix E Martin Foundation.
We want to thank Paige Farah for allowing her children to be featured on our new Billboard wrap. If you have not registered your child and they are between the ages of birth and five years old. You can register them online at www.imaginationlibrary.com or at our host, Muhlenberg County Public Libraries. Read 15 minutes every day. Every parent. Every child.

The Foundation's Muhlenberg Achieves program exists to encourage degrees and certifications beyond high school graduation to grow opportunities for residents and to build the strength of Muhlenberg County’s future workforce, improving the county’s ability to attract business and industry

Our Muhlenberg Achieves staff are attending the National College Attainment Network's annual conference this week, learning about policy & advocacy, postsecondary access and readiness, K-12 practices for postsecondary success, student inclusion, as well as student mental health & wellness.

We were so excited to participate in Grant Ready Kentucky’s two-day grant workshop this week. Can’t wait to partner with them this spring to bring them to Muhlenberg to offer their grant writing, research, and training supports to organizations right here at home!
