Tina's release is a blessing for her, her family, and the integrity of our justice system.
For years, many denied that Tina's incarceration was politically motivated, but the governor's public censure raised serious questions that could no longer be ignored.
We thank God, President Trump, and the countless supporters (both locally and nationwide) who stood up and worked tirelessly to Free Tina.
Today is a day for gratitude, justice, and the power of citizens making their voices heard.
Censuring Colorado's Governor (by the Democrat Party) demonstrates the rabid culture society is currently in. The left wing believes their enemy should either die in jail, or be killed by an assassin's bullet. The Colorado Democrats action only adds to the insanity that the left can't walk their base back from. History will judge Polis as partly righting a sentence that went too far. Time served. Free Tina.
The allegations involving Weld County Republican Chairman Hunter Rivera are deeply disturbing and, if proven true, deserve the strongest possible condemnation. Protecting children and upholding the integrity of our party and our communities must always come first.
While everyone is entitled to due process under the law, it is clear these charges make it impossible for Mr. Rivera to continue effectively serving as Chairman of the Weld County Republican Party. Of course we already called for his immediate resignation and are glad to hear he has submitted the same.
It is also important to recognize that concerns surrounding Mr. Rivera’s leadership and conduct within party affairs did not begin with these allegations. Questions and controversy surrounded the internal processes leading to his election as Weld County Chairman in 2024, with many Republicans expressing concerns at the time about transparency, procedure, and the direction of local party leadership.
More recently, delegates at the 2026 Republican State Assembly overwhelmingly voted to censure Mr. Rivera and several others over actions viewed as contrary to the will and principles of the broader Republican grassroots. Following that censure, Interim chair Grossman removed Mr. Rivera from the State Republican Executive Committee.
These facts matter because they demonstrate that concerns about judgment, leadership, and accountability had already been raised within party circles well before these criminal allegations became public.
The Weld GOP should be one of the strongest conservative organizations in Colorado. Rebuilding trust moving forward will require transparency, accountability, and a renewed focus on serving grassroots Republicans rather than internal division or factional politics.
At this time, our prayers are with any potential victims, with law enforcement working to protect children and pursue justice, and with all families impacted by these events. We pray for truth to come fully to light, for justice to be carried out fairly, and for our party and community to respond with seriousness, integrity, and moral clarity.
