It's time for a New Colorado Republican Party! Scott Gessler is Colorado’s 37th Secretary of State. He began his career as a trial attorney U.S.

He was elected in November 2010, and sworn into office in January, 2011. Scott and his wife, Kristi, live in Denver with their five year old daughter, Sofia. A successful small businessman and attorney, Gessler serves as the chief executive of The Department of State. The Secretary of State’s office ensures the integrity of elections and helps commerce by collecting and managing a wide variety of

So yesterday I got cancelled!

MailChimp refused to send out my email for the Colorado GOP chairman's race, because it talked about election integrity. We need to fight back against this outrageous, anti-speech control. How? First, NEVER use MailChimp for your email services.

Second, don't let them win. Read my email below! (absent images and some formatting . . . )

Dear Fellow Republican,

We must recognize that serious election fraud took place. While working as the election expert for the Trump campaign’s post-election lawsuit in Nevada, I reviewed affidavits from people who witnessed vote-buying, illegal voter registration, and shoddy signature review. It was outrageous! As the election expert for the Trump campaign’s Pennsylvania lawsuit, I analyzed procedures that openly invited voter fraud. And hundreds of witnesses in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and other states filled out sworn statements documenting voter fraud.

But there was almost no time to investigate after the election, and nearly every court dismissed the election lawsuits without looking at the evidence. If a special counsel could spend over $20 million and 18 months investigating the Russia Collusion Hoax, why can’t we meaningfully investigate election fraud? I believe that a full and complete investigation will prove widespread election fraud. And maybe even show that President Trump rightfully won the election!

In Colorado, we have real problems too (although we are better off than other states). All-mail ballots and same-day voter registration create opportunities to cheat, which is usually impossible to detect. Add to that sloppy voter rolls (that are getting worse), unenforceable ballot harvesting rules, and a Secretary of State who actively undermines election integrity.
Colorado has Dominion equipment. The state approved the equipment after I left the Secretary of State’s office, so I don’t know the internal workings. But there have been far too many statistical anomalies, as well as a credible accusation that a senior Dominion engineer claimed to have “fixed” the election. Although Georgia’s hand-recount and Colorado’s risk-limiting audits verified vote counts, we need to be absolutely sure our ballots were properly counted.

If elected state party chair, here’s my concrete plan.

First, call for a review of the Dominion vote count, and help county parties conduct reviews in their counties. We can recount the ballot images and compare them to the actual ballots. The Broomfield County Party already has ballot images from the 2018 election. The Weld County Clerk and recorder is prepared to cooperate and assist.

Second, build our capabilities to ensure fair elections. Here, the Boulder County Republican Party has led the way. They’ve developed the most sophisticated training and monitoring program that I’ve seen in 20 years, and they’ve uncovered serious election problems in Boulder. We need to apply their knowledge and experience statewide. From now on, Republicans will be far more proactive and vigilant.

Third, be a strong voice for election integrity. We need to fearlessly say the truth -- election fraud exists, and all-mail ballot elections, election-day registration, and sloppy voter rolls invite fraud. Photo ID, proof of citizenship, and vote-count verification help combat fraud. We cannot sweep valid concerns under the rug.

We can do this. And I ask for your support in building a new Republican Party!
