Vaccine Clinic with Little Rivers: Thursday October 22, 2026, 4-6:30pm
Get your seasonal Flu vaccine right in Groton Village. A nurse from Little Rivers HealthCare will be onsite administering Flu vaccines at this drop in event. Bring in your Insurance Card. The nurse will have consent forms to sign. Vaccines are available for:
-age 5 -17 if guardian is present and can sign the consent forms
-ages 18- 64, High dose available for 65+

In a post-COVID world, telehealth services have become commonplace. While telehealth can be an effective way to receive healthcare services, fraudsters are looking to exploit it for financial gain. If you were unable to catch the art display created by participants of “It Takes a Village: After School Mentorship Program” during Groton’s Fall Foliage Day, you're invited to visit the Community Closet today from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM to view their impressive creations! They did a fantastic job capturing some of the items and services available at Re-Treasured Community Closet through their artwork!

Fall Foliage Day: Saturday October 3rd, 9:30am-1:30pm

Stop by the Library on Fall Foliage Day!

Meet Groton based Authors Barbara Murray and Thaddeus Robinson. Barbara will have copies of her new book, “The Winter Village,” and Thaddeus will have his new series set in Vermont. Each kid gets to pick out 2 new books to take home, thanks to the support of The Children’s Literacy Foundation. Upstairs in the library Richard and Martha Montague will have wooden tops and traditional folk toys to sample. He might just have a top for you to keep.

Be sure to take a stroll in the Library Plaza and enjoy the Storywalk ®. Enjoy a seasonal craft at our crafting station. While in the library, check out our display of Historic Fall Foliage Day Photos!

The Friends of the Library will be hosting a Quilt Raffle to raise funds to support our awesome library programs. Enter for your chance to win one of the beautiful quilts made and donated by our Crafts & Conversations group.

Join us afterschool at the Groton Library! Each week we meet up and gather with members of our community to explore the question “what makes up a good life?” and build skills and connections to realize their visions for their lives and community.
