🎃HAPPY HALLOWEEN!🎃
Cookie Monster and the AUSA Sesame Street Gang showed up to support Fort Gordon's Trunk & Treat party last night ...along with a gazillion other Lil monsters, princesses and characters I've never even seen before. Thanks to Big Bird (Nomi Stanton) for leading the charge and her "S. street" friends for bringing many smiles to so many military children. We'll be signing autographs later!😂

From VP of Family Programs (Nomi Stanton)

“The AUSA Greater Augusta - Fort Gordon Chapter does so many wonderful and impactful things in the community. It's honestly an honor to be on this board. One of the many things that we do is support the
"Eagle's Nest". It is a resource room for the children and families that attend Freedom Park, the Elementary and Middle School located on Fort Gordon. It has truly been a labor of love and I could not be more proud.
Food, snacks, clothing, school supplies, books, toys, toiletries and birthday supplies. I want to personally thank Golden Harvest Food Bank, our incredible board and a local American Legion group that have helped support this critical effort.
While we were there stocking shelves, I witnessed students coming in and getting snacks. I physically felt my heart wanting to explode. I hope these pictures capture the goodness and make folks smile. Lord knows I smiled the entire time we were there!”

AUSA in the Community! 🇺🇸

The AUSA Greater Augusta–Fort Gordon Chapter was proud to participate in the recent Fort Gordon Community Expo, bringing together military families, Soldiers, community organizations, businesses, and local resources from across the CSRA.

With more than 100 booths represented, the Expo was a great opportunity to connect with the people and organizations that make the Fort Gordon community so strong.

Our team enjoyed meeting attendees, sharing more about AUSA’s mission, and highlighting how membership and community partnerships help us continue advocating for and supporting Soldiers, Army families, veterans, and the communities that stand behind them.

A special thank you to everyone who stopped by the AUSA table, picked up some swag, asked questions, or simply took a few minutes to connect with us. This is what community engagement looks like — relationships, resources, and people working together.
Your Army. Your Voice. Our Community. 🇺🇸
