REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

TO PROVIDE GENERAL TURF MAINTENANCE FOR POPLAR GAP PARK ATHLETIC FIELDS LOCATED AT 1394 PARK ROAD, GRUNDY, VIRGINIA
Buchanan County, Va. Board of Supervisors is requesting PROPOSALS for general turf maintenance for Poplar Gap Park Athletic Fields located at 1394 Park Road, Grundy, Virginia.
If you are interested in submitting a PROPOSAL, please make your request for the Request for Proposal document which includes information on the County’s submittal requirements from:

For consideration, five (5) copies of the PROPOSALS must be received in the County Administrator’s Office at the above address not later than 10:00 AM, WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24th, 2026. The submittals are to be marked on the outside “RFP---GENERAL TURF MAINTENANCE FOR POPLAR GAP PARK ATHLETIC FIELDS”.
After the PROPOSALS are reviewed, the county will deem which company is best qualified for a more detailed discussion of the project and negotiation of contract details. See the RFP document as to instructions for submission of a proposal and how selection of a consultant/firm shall be made for issuance of an award and contract.
