🍂Fall Family Night was a success! Wednesday evening, our parents, students, and teachers enjoyed an evening of fun, laughter, and making memories together! From fall photos at the Pumpkin Patch Pixel to launching pom-pom apples in STEM, adding leaves to our Gratitude Tree, visiting the book fair, and taking on Minute to Win It challenges, there was something for everyone to enjoy!

Families also collected stamps on their postcard passports at each stop for a chance to enter our raffle and win one of three prizes!

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make Fall Family Night such a great evening at BVMS!

✨September Teacher of the Month ✨
Mrs. Sydney Island! 💙

Talk about starting strong! As a first-year teacher, Mrs. Island is already doing an incredible job making an impact at BVMS. On top of taking on her first year in the classroom, she also stepped up to serve as our cheer coach. She has truly impressed us with every role she plays here.

Mrs. Island is always a positive face in the building, bringing great energy and a can-do attitude to all she does. We are so glad to have her on our team and can’t wait to see all she continues to accomplish!

Help us congratulate Mrs. Island on this well-deserved recognition! 🎉

Mrs. Stevens and Mrs. Strong’s 7th grade science classes became atomic engineers!
Using pipe cleaners, beads, and the periodic table, students built 3D Bohr models to visualize the arrangement of protons, neutrons, and electrons. It was amazing watching them calculate subatomic particles and bring the structure of atoms to life!
