Hopehouseguthrie.org Mission: We serve the most needful in our community; we feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, and provide safety for the hurt and the neglected.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we fulfill basic needs and foster hope by providing meals, safe shelter, domestic violence survivor & mental health support groups, and nationally registered NA recovery programs, serving as a United Way of Logan County partner. We advocate for each person that comes through our door.

💙 Stories of Hope: Meet Joe

“Staying sober is my biggest accomplishment.”

Through our Life Transformation Program: Streets to Stability, Joe found support for his recovery and now gives back as a driver for Hope House Guthrie!

United Way of Logan County directly supports our Intake Package, providing basic essentials like clothing, properly fitting shoes, and bedding. This helps clients focus on their SMARTIE goals during the 30-day orientation, while taking a break from work, cellphone use, and social media.

We’re proud of your progress, Joe!

💙 Stories of Hope: Meet Max

After losing his job and housing, Max found safety and support at Hope House Guthrie. Today, he’s proud of staying away from alcohol, growing closer to God, and finding clearer goals for his future.

“I am proud to not be drinking. Also, feeling closer to God and my goals seem a little clearer every day.”

Max enjoys drawing for others and is working to better himself so he can help others. This year, he’ll share his artistic talent at our 5th Annual Fall Festival by drawing caricatures of anyone who would like one! 🎨 Donations are welcome!

Join us October 17 from 2–6 p.m. We’re proud of your progress, Max! ❤️
