Another successful Flea For All and Crafters Fair and a big thank you to everyone who helped it happen: Vendors, volunteers, the Friends, all of the librarians (who helped with sign ups for over a month), and also to the shoppers who supported the vendors.

Hey procrastinators!! We are shutting off sign ups at Noon today (Friday). If you are planning to join us as vendors, get that paperwork done this morning!

Some instructions for tomorrow morning.

You do not have to check in, we will come by your booth later.

If you have a reserved spot on the front porch, sidewalk, or back
porch there will be a sign with your name on your spot. For the back porch, please pull around the building (like you are going to the book drop) to unload. It is a fire lane, so please get your stuff to your space quickly, then move your vehicle to vendor parking area, and come back to set up!! 15 minute limit for unloading.

Everyone on the front lawn: spaces are first come, first serve.
The spaces are outlined in chalk on the grass. Pull up on Haltom Road, spot an empty space you like, unload your stuff into that spot and move your vehicle to vendor parking. 15 MINUTE LIMIT FOR PARKING ON HALTOM ROAD!!! Then return and set up your booth.

If you have questions, anyone in a red apron or tshirt that says FRIENDS OF THE HALTOM CITY PUBLIC LIBRARY can help you or direct you to someone who can.

For those of you who may not be familiar with the library, the restroom is off the main lobby. Also in the lobby is a cooling room with ice water available if you need a place to sit and cool off for a while. There is a small art exhibit and a mini book sale in the cooling room as well.

Also in the lobby is the Silent Auction, raffles, and the Friends of the Haltom City Public Library's own booths with crafts, plants, donated items for sale, and general information. Please come in and browse if you get a chance. These additional booths add to our fundraising total and as usual ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE FLEA GO TO THE LIBRARY !!!

A big thank you to all of our vendors. We know it will be hot out there today! Please stay hydrated and safe and please be kind to everyone! Have an amazing day and we hope you sell out!!!

Just a few pics from the Haltom City Public Library's Summer Reading Program Finale'. They do such an awesome job on this event, and it gets better and better every year! The Friends and volunteers were happy to assist and had an amazing time! The teen volunteers were fantastic as well!!

Good morning all my fabulous former vendors!!
Just a quick email to let you know that we are starting to take sign-ups on
August 3rd (tomorrow) at the library for our upcoming Flea For All & Crafters
Fair. Prices are still $30 for an outside 10x10 booth. Bring your own tables,
chairs, canopies, etc. All booths on the side lawn are still first come first serve
and we have backed show up time from 9am to 8am to give everyone a little extra
set up time.
Those of you who are normally on the front porch, front sidewalk, and back porch,
please sign up within the next two weeks if possible (or give me a call)(817-371-1365) so I can be sure to reserve your spots. Also, putting a short note in the box for "what you are selling and special requests" that you want your same
location would make my job easier.
If you are a returning vendor from the side lawn and would like a chance at one of the reserve spots, make a note that you would like to be on the waiting list for a spot.
You all know how this works, so I won't make this any longer, but if you have any
questions or concerns, please let me know.
Looking foward to seeing you all, and as usual, I hope you all sell out!!!

The Friends of the HCPL are everywhere solving problems and puzzles for the library and the community. We attended the puzzle competition Friday evening at the library and had so much fun!!!
