My Brother's Place My Brother’s Place is a New Jersey, faith-based, non-profit organization that aims to provide spiritual and physical refuge to families in need.

At My Brother’s Place, we create an atmosphere where families experience the love of Jesus in a stable and safe place for re-establishing themselves together. We assist each family based on their individual needs by creating a personalized and practical plan to help them become active, thriving members of their own community. Every family’s situation is different and our staff will personally meet with each family to decide, together, how My Brother’s Place can help. My Brother’s Place helps families in the following ways:

Homelessness Prevention: Families on the verge of eviction may receive financial assistance with household bills, groceries, and mortgage/rent payments for a period of time while they work with My Brother’s Place to regain financial independence. Community-Based Rapid Re-Housing: My Brother’s Place will assist families in securing a rental property and work directly with landlord’s to make payments of rent and utility bills. Our goal is to help families stay together within their community and become financially independent, preventing the need to change schools, jobs or the need to seek out a homeless shelter. Short-term Housing: We are currently raising funds to purchase property(s) that will act as the short-term homes for families who need a safe and secure place to stay while working with us to reestablish themselves financially. My Brother’s Place families may also receive assistance with:

Biblical Counseling
Budgeting and financial planning
Resume building, interview preparation, and professional networking

We are currently raising funds to assist families who are facing eviction, and to purchase a property(s) that will serve as the temporary home for families facing eviction. We invite you to learn more about MBP at www.mybrothersplace.com.

What an incredible milestone! Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, golfers, donors, volunteers, and supporters, we raised more than $44,800 at the 10th Annual My Brother’s Place Golf Outing!

Ten years of coming together. Ten years of helping families. And ten years of making a difference, one family at a time. Your generosity helps us provide support when families need it most while sharing the hope of Jesus.

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for being part of the My Brother’s Place family and helping make this possible!

For 10 years and 10 golf outings, Royal Buick GMC has faithfully stood beside My Brother’s Place. From our very first outing to this year’s milestone 10th Annual Charity Golf Outing, their support has been a constant part of this special day.

Year after year, Royal Buick GMC has shown up, not simply as a sponsor, but as a partner in our mission. Their generosity has helped this outing grow into what it is today and, most importantly, has helped us continue walking alongside families facing financial hardships.

As we celebrate 10 incredible years of this outing, we are especially grateful for the people and businesses who believed in My Brother’s Place from the very beginning.

Thank you, Royal Buick GMC for being our Presenting Sponsor again this year!

Check back tomorrow as we highlight two more incredible sponsors!

Community Partners Make a Difference!

A HUGE thank you to Tim and everyone at Vernon Valley Karate Academy for partnering with My Brother’s Place to support our food pantry!

Your generosity will help us keep our shelves stocked and provide much-needed items to local families who are facing difficult seasons. Every donation means a family has one less thing to worry about and that is something worth celebrating.

We are incredibly grateful for businesses and organizations like Vernon Valley Karate Academy who step up for families in our community. THANK YOU!
