It has been brought to our attention in the circuit clerk‘s office that this company is sending out letters wanting you to send them money and have them look and make sure all your deeds and things are as they should be. It looks like they’re charging like $295.just for that service whereas all you have to do is call our office at 870-853-2030 and talk to one of the girls that works in the office and we can look up and make sure that nothing has been done to your deed or changed into anyone else’s name please don’t hesitate to call and check on this. Thank you. There is no cost for our information. Please don’t send them money for their services call our office. Thank you
