Last day for Fire Truck and Firefighter Visits! Today we saw Engine 1, learned about how to smother a fire on our clothes with “Stop, Drop, and Roll,” and learned all about the different pieces of equipment a firefighter needs! Since Engine 1 is a fire engine, not a fire truck, it hold water! We found out this engine holds 750 gallons of water! 💦

Today was Day 1 of our Fire Truck and Firefighter visit! We were super lucky today to have a fire Engine (the truck that is filled with water) and a Rescue Truck (full of special equipment and tools to help in rescues)! Best day ever!
