Yesterday, several of our crews responded to the Rio Escondido Fire here in Hamilton County, working alongside first responders from across the area.

Please keep all of the first responders working these fires in your thoughts as they continue to battle the extreme heat, dry conditions, and ongoing fire danger. We’re grateful for everyone working to keep our communities safe.

Today marks a major milestone for Hamilton EMS. We are proud to announce that whole blood is now available in Lampasas County, making it our first county to carry this lifesaving resource. This is just the beginning, and we look forward to expanding this capability to more of the communities we serve in the near future. Every minute matters, and bringing blood to the patient can make all the difference.
