Our specialties are senior services and in-home care. Welcome to Lincoln County Opportunity Company, Inc. Since 1964, our commitment to providing quality care and first-rate service have cemented our reputation as one of the foremost agencies enriching the lives of older West Virginians. From our main office in Hamlin – the heart of beautiful Lincoln County – we serve persons 60 years of age and better. We invite all eligible residents and their spouses to join us for meals and activities throughout the week at our six senior centers in Lincoln and Wayne counties.
