Small town FOOLS

The SmallTown FOOLS Executive Board would like to extend a HUGE thank-you to everyone who attended this year’s SmallTown JobTown Fire Conference!

To all the departments, firefighters, instructors, vendors, sponsors, and supporters who made this week possible, THANK YOU! Your willingness to show up, learn, share knowledge, and invest in the fire service is what makes this conference so special.

It takes a village to make an event like this happen, and we couldn’t do it without every single one of you!

Now, here’s your friendly reminder from the SmallTown FOOLS Executive Board: KEEP OCTOBER OPEN NEXT YEAR! 📅👀

We’re already looking forward to welcoming everyone back for another round of great training, stronger connections, and the kind of fire service brotherhood that keeps us coming back year after year!

Until next time, stay safe, keep training, and take care of one another.

SMALL TOWN, BIG BROTHERHOOD!

One of the best parts of our fire conference is seeing fire departments from across the region come together with one common goal: learning, training, and becoming better firefighters!

We’re proud to welcome departments from Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Florida, and beyond! Different departments, different communities, but one shared commitment to serving others and making sure we’re ready when the call comes. 🚨

This is what the fire service is all about: brotherhood, knowledge, teamwork, and a willingness to keep learning. No matter where we call home, we’re all working toward the same mission. 🔥👨‍🚒👩‍🚒

To every department that made the trip to join us, THANK YOU for being part of the STJT family! Let’s keep building skills, strengthening connections, and making the fire service stronger together!

Different departments. Different states. ONE BROTHERHOOD.

🚒🔥 ENGINE TRACK IS WHERE THE WORK GETS REAL! 🔥🚒

The STJT Fire Conference is bringing the heat with an Engine Track featuring the Old South FOOLS and First Push Brotherhood!

This is hands-on, firefighter-focused training designed to sharpen skills, build confidence, and remind us why we train.

Come ready to work, get dirty, learn something new, and push yourself alongside firefighters who believe in training hard, building brotherhood (with some sisters thrown in there too), and bringing better skills back to the firehouse.

🚨 STJT + Old South FOOLS + First Push Brotherhood = One hell of an Engine Track!

Don’t just talk about being ready. Train ready. 👊🔥
