The Hansell Fire Department will hold its last soup supper dinner of the year on Monday, March 31.
This fundraiser will be held at the Hansell Community Center from 5 to 7 p.m. and proceeds will go to upgrading their fire station.
Taylor Jones, who helps the fire department with fundraising, said the first three suppers went really well and that they enjoyed the chance to see everyone in the community.
For this supper, the fire department will offer chicken noodle, chili and vegetable beef for their soup options, along with dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, grilled cheese sandwiches and a few other desserts.
“We have had an amazing response for the soup suppers, and hope our last one is just as good,” Jones said. “We also want to thank each and every individual who has supported us so far. Big or small, every donation is helping us work towards our goal! THANK YOU!”
If interested in ordering carry-out, call 641-251-1507.
