Our team is moving Collaborative Combat Aircraft from a future concept directly into an active, operational reality. With the delivery of Anduril’s YFQ-44A Fury and General Atomics’ YFQ-42A Vengeance to our Experimental Operations Unit, we are actively defining how human-machine teaming will dominate in future high-end conflict.

By putting these uncrewed platforms directly into the hands of our operators and maintainers early, ACC is writing the CCA tactical playbook!

🎯 MODERNIZATION | Modernizing maintenance for the future fight.

Project Olympus is reshaping maintenance at the 57th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron’s Bolt AMU, breaking down traditional silos to build a more agile force capable of generating combat airpower. By cross-training specialized technicians into multi-capable teams, Airmen are multiplying sortie generation of F-35s while reducing the manpower needed to recover, service and relaunch aircraft.

The result is strengthening the next generation of combat-ready Airmen by increasing readiness, improving teamwork and putting experienced maintainers back on the flight line.

🎯 AGILE COMBAT EMPLOYMENT | Building a more agile force. 🛠️

Project Olympus is changing how the 57th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron’s Bolt Aircraft Maintenance Unit prepares Airmen for the fight. By cross-training Weapons and Avionics Airmen across core maintenance competencies, the program creates more capable, flexible teams that can generate F-35 combat airpower across traditional specialty boundaries.

Our team wins by integrating cutting edge, technical talent directly into operational workflows to solve real-world tactical challenges!

Through the VICEROY program, top academic scholars joined forces with Air Combat Command to automate data pipelines, accelerate acquisition pathways, and modernized safety operations.

When we empower sharp, dedicated talent to work alongside our warfighters, we eliminate administrative drag and sharpen our competitive edge. That is how we build a faster, smarter, and more lethal force ready to meet any fight.

Air Combat Command’s Point Defense Task Force is rapidly advancing how we safeguard installations against complex airborne threats. By leveraging dedicated battle labs for tactical experimentation, we are turning innovative concepts into validated, deployable capabilities.

To bring readiness across the command, specialized Mobile Training Teams are already delivering intensive instruction to Airmen nationwide. Effective base defense requires a whole-of-government approach, and we are actively integrating joint partners to ensure operational security.

Through the Point Defense Task Force, Air Combat Command is conducting the experimentation and data analysis required to inform Headquarters Air Force decisions on Point Defense, a rapidly expanding
