Customers who need to make a payment can do so by using SmartHub or our payment kiosk. Payments can also be made by phone by dialing: 855-939-3706. If you experience a utility emergency, please contact our Dispatch Center at 573-221-0955.

Hunting season is here, and safety should always be your top priority!

Before setting up a tree stand, remember to look up and stay aware of nearby power lines. Never place tree stands near power lines, and avoid carrying equipment and ladders where they could come into contact with electrical lines.

Power lines can be deadly, even if they don't appear energized. If you see a downed power line, stay far away and report it immediately!
