At Visiting Angels, our Care Managers play an important role in helping clients and families navigate the many pieces of care.
Many of our Care Managers come to us with backgrounds in social services and nursing, bringing experience in working with individuals and families, understanding community resources, and helping people navigate challenging situations.
They get to know the client... not just their care needs, but their routines, preferences, family dynamics, goals, and changing circumstances. They work alongside our caregivers and office teams to help ensure the care plan continues to meet the client’s needs.
And when those needs change, our Care Managers are there to help families understand their options, connect with resources, and determine what support may be needed next.
Because sometimes families don’t just need a caregiver... they need someone who can help them navigate the journey.
