During the month of September, we held another challenge for all of our clients. Each client got to choose one of three exercises at the end of their workout every day they trained in September. They had to perform that exercise for one minute and do as many reps as possible! They competed against others in their age group based on their gender. Here are the final results for each category! Great job to ALL of our clients who competed in this challenge💪. It’s always a lot of fun to see them get better each week!

Hello Everyone 👋🏻

To those new here, here is a little about me and my business.

My name is Amber Essenmacher, I am a Natural Health Therapist located in the Thumb Area.

I am currently in school at the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education earning my doctorates in Natural Medicine. I will soon be a Certified Naturopath + ND.

I am married to my husband Kevin, and have 3 beautiful children together with him.

I originally got into this field as I was unsatisfied with my current life in corporate, leaving my kids each day, not knowing how to properly fix mine and my kids health issues. I didn’t understand why they got sick so much, or why I could never fix things…. Until I started going to a Naturopath… and my problems were BOOM… literally gone.

I have healed and am healing things along the lines of diaper rashes, eye infections, ear infections, bee stings, poison ivy, my breast milk supply, my one daughter’s gluten intolerance, my one daughters allergies, my own digestive issues, thyroid issues, autoimmune, hashimotos, celiac, anxiety, panic, etc.

I took a muscle testing class (something my dad always brought us to do as children) and I was SOLD that this was the key to unlocking our potential and healing abilities. So I committed to a 4 year program, even though I already had a bachelor’s degree in Agri Business Management from MSU. This was the way to healing on every level, plus made it to where I could have flexibility and see my kids more.

My services include muscle testing, craniosacral, reflexology, energy work, iridology, ionic foot baths, red light therapy, and more!

In my spare time I enjoy being in nature, being with my kids, canning, reading, and literally just having a great fun time with family and friends. I don’t get a ton of this time now as you can imagine, but I make it when I can ❤️

My vision is to change the way people see themselves and their own healing and bodies. I want to free people from believing things have to be the way “they” told you it had to be and live life on your own terms. Heal on your own terms.
