I’m excited to announce the application is now open to participate in the Summer 2023 Golf Program at Five-Iron Golf.

This FREE summer the program for our children in Harlem will run for 4-weeks and transportation will be provided. We are looking for Guardian chaperones for one or more of the 4-weeks. Transportation will be provided to and from the pick-up location and Five-Iron location. All participants will learn the game of golf and earn the title of golfer!

Due to the limited capacity, we ask:
That the children are between the ages of 9 and 13
Are able to participate for all 4 weeks

The primary election is over, but that doesn’t mean my work stops. I’m excited to be working on a business deal to bring a community center to Harlem that will provide the much needed opportunities and resources for everyone. Stay tuned for more details and how you can be involved in continuing to build up our community.

A NEW DAY ☀️
The results are still coming in, but right now the incumbent is leading in the race for Harlem‘s District 9 City Council seat.

It has been quite the journey leading up to primary day, and I want to thank you all for your support in the race. I have personally grown and feel like I’ve fully stepped into my purpose. I’ve learned so much over the past 10 months, met countless wonderful people, worked with some great organizations, and for all of these things I am forever GRATEFUL.

I am a part of the fabric that makes up Harlem, so no matter the final primary results, my work for the community I love and call home will go on! I will continue to fight for the HEART OF HARLEM including better schools, programming, the protection of women, safety of our streets, and so much more. I believe if we want change we have to work for it, so let’s not lose sight of our mission.

I’m asking you to continue to be a part of the solution; mentoring youth, be active at your community board meetings, and most important, always VOTE. No matter what community you may live in, we should be fighting for the betterment of our people including being consistent role models and paving the way for generations to come.

After you vote today, come celebrate with me at my Primary Election Day Celebration at Cove Lounge from 6-11pm. It’s been a long road to the primaries, but I couldn’t have done it without all of your support. Hope to see you tonight so we can toast to continuing the fight for the heart of Harlem.

Tomorrow is Primary Day and I need your support. We’re looking for volunteer canvassers to distribute palm cards at the polling sites here in Harlem’s District 9. This is how we can work together to fight for the heart of Harlem. If you’re interested in volunteering please DM me.

It’s that time again, our annual Fell-A-Ship Ride is this Father’s Day. Everyone, grab your bike and your family, and meet me tomorrow at 9am at the Adam Clayton Powell Jr State Office Building for a fun-filled ride.
