When poverty is treated like neglect, families pay the price — especially Black, Brown, and Native families.

International experts are now echoing what U.S. communities have been saying for generations: children and families deserve support, not surveillance.

Civil Suits by Parents Against Family Policing Agencies - Harvard Law Review 05/02/2024

Family policing agents, Judges, case mangers, elected officials and many more will read this article and not process it In relations to their work.

They will all shake their heads in discuss as they read about the harms being caused to families written in the article. But, Interestingly they will not see themselves as a party to any of it.

My biggest issue is with Judges who ignore the law to “keep their names out of the news” what a crock of….

Judges sign orders to remove children from their families without any concern of their names being in a newspaper even though children are more likely to be harmed (r***d, molested, abused) in out of home placements. Judges only seem to be concerned of their names being in newspapers when they’re charged with keeping families intact or reunifying a family that has been separated.

And “ELECTED OFFICILES” are complete trash!!!Their purpose is to protect the rights of all people not just the ones who presumably voted for them. But those idiots want to debate the right for (BLACK) Families to excercise their rights when family policing agents knock without a court order to enter their the home or speak to the child.

I’m just sick and tired of stupidity!!!
