Are you a college junior, senior, grad student, or law student looking for real-world experience in state policy and strategic communications?

C&G Strategies, LLC is hiring a Paid Spring Intern for our Harrisburg office! Work directly with our team on legislative tracking, policy research, communications, and attending session-day hearings in the Capitol.

Key Details:
Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid on non-session days)
20–24 hours/week (Scheduled around your classes)
January – April 2027

Rob Vescio joined Jen DeBell, Executive Director of PennAEYC Pennsylvania Association for the Education of Young Children, as well as state leaders, Head Start providers, teachers, and families at the Capitol to celebrate more than 60 years of Head Start success. We were thrilled to host the American Rivers Board of Directors at Heinz House Camp in Lawrence County with our client Sarah Heinz House!

During their visit, the team toured the grounds and took a closer look at the dam along Slippery Rock Creek. Together, we discussed exciting plans for its removal and how restoring the creek will create incredible new opportunities for our campers and future programming.

American Rivers does vital work across the country to protect waterways, remove aging dams, and restore natural habitats. We’re deeply grateful for their partnership as we work toward a safer creek and a bright future for Heinz House Camp!

C&G Strategies is looking for a driven, policy-minded student to join our team as a Paid Spring Intern from January through April 2027!

This position offers hands-on experience in government relations and public policy right in the heart of Harrisburg. You’ll work closely with our team to track legislation, conduct research, assist with client communications, and attend key legislative hearings and meetings.

Quick Details:
🔹 Hours: ~20–24 hours/week (coordinated around your class schedule)
🔹 Location: Harrisburg office (in-person on session days, with some remote work)
🔹 Eligibility: Juniors, seniors, grad students, and law students (Political Science, Policy, Law, Comms, etc.)
🔹 Academic Credit: Available depending on your program.

What an unforgettable evening at The Salvation Army of Western PA Pittsburgh Temple’s 4th Annual 'Feed it Forward' event!

C & G was honored to serve as an event sponsor for a night dedicated to tackling hunger right here in our Pittsburgh region neighborhoods. And keynote speaker Sean Casey inspired us all with his passion and energy for giving back! ️

Proceeds from the event supports the McNeilly Road choice food pantry. The program acts like a local grocery store, allowing thousands of individuals to select fresh produce and vital food items with dignity. Last year, they provided nearly 13,000 grocery orders and over 3,000 meals to our neighbors.

Events like Feed it Forward power these vital community programs—from food pantries to fresh garden initiatives—but the need continues every single day. You can help support their work by making a donation at salvationarmywpa.org/feed
