PA House Fellowship Program

10/02/2026

Being back in Legislative Session made for a full week. From committee meetings and hearings to introductions on the House Floor, connecting with Speaker Joanna McClinton and Policy Committee Chair Ryan Bizzarro, touring the Capitol Dome, meeting with the Legislative Reference Bureau, and kicking off our final project—there was no shortage of activity. We also stopped by the State Library fand gained some valuable research tools and a tour of the beautiful facility.

We're so grateful to the many House and State Government colleagues who make these meaningful moments happen for the Fellows!

This week, we’ve connected with the Legislative Services Department and House Parliamentarian David Brogan to learn more about the role they play in session operations. From introducing and tracking legislation to ensuring decorum of the House is upheld- it’s been a great look at the groundwork for House floor action.
