Repost: Harrison PBA: Today, we remember Harrison Police Officer Walter Mallinson, who answered the call on September 11, 2001.
Without hesitation, Walt put duty before himself and responded to the World Trade Center, joining countless first responders who ran toward danger while others were trying to escape.
His courage, selflessness, and commitment to the residents of Harrison and our country will never be forgotten.
Walt answered the call. We honor his sacrifice. We remember his service. We will never forget. 🇺🇸
