Our Operations Manager, C**t, plays an important role in keeping Open Doors running, from overseeing our facilities and shelter programming to supporting staff and guests.

Over the past two months, C**t has taken on additional responsibilities during a period of transition, continuing to represent Open Doors in the community, support our shelter operations, and strengthen communication between staff and guests.

We are incredibly grateful for C**t’s dedication and commitment to Open Doors and the people we serve!

We love connecting our community members to local resources! 💙

Earlier this month, Open Doors co-hosted the 5th Annual Harrisonburg-Rockingham Community Resource Fair with Strength In Peers. We had over 20 organizations related to mental health, substance use recovery, health & wellness, employment, clothing & haircuts, and social services participate! Thank you to our Operations Manager C**t and intern Allyn for tabling at this incredible event!
