Nothing beats good food, good conversation, and time spent together! ❤️🍝

Today, our Health Educator, Alexa, had the pleasure of joining the Children and Family Counseling Associates, INC Academy on Main for a cooking class, and lasagna was on the menu! It was such a fun opportunity to connect, cook, laugh, and enjoy a little time around the table.

We’re so grateful for the chance to work alongside our community in ways that go beyond the office. 💚

And of course, we couldn’t keep a good lasagna recipe to ourselves! 😉 We’ve shared the recipe card so you can make it at home, too!

🚨🎒 Preparedness starts at any age! 🎒🚨

We had so much fun visiting with the second graders at MCES to talk all about emergency preparedness! From knowing what to do in an emergency to having the right supplies and a plan in place, these students showed us that you’re never too young to be prepared. ❤️

September is National Preparedness Month, making it the perfect time for everyone to take a few minutes to prepare for the unexpected. Talk with your family, make a plan, build an emergency kit, and make sure everyone knows what to do when it matters most.

Thank you to our wonderful Trailblazer Early Career Academy HOSA students. They did a fantastic job! We'd also like to thank Stacy Blacketer and Bluegrass MRC staying safe during Disasters for helping us create our giant monopoly board.
