🗳️ ANOTHER DEMOCRAT. ANOTHER BRIDGEPORT BALLOT SCANDAL.

Former Democratic State Sen. Dennis Bradley, already convicted on federal wire-fraud charges, is now facing charges involving alleged absentee-ballot tampering.

Republicans keep calling for election-integrity reforms. Bridgeport keeps showing why.

Once elected, Republicans will stop treating corruption concerns like somebody else’s problem.

Gas prices keep climbing, and Democrats are doing nothing to provide relief.

Republicans have put a three-month gas-tax suspension on the table. Connecticut Democrats now have a choice: Support the proposal or explain why not.

Drivers are looking for relief. Republicans are prepared to deliver for Connecticut!

At CSCU, the leadership team is starting to look like a departure board.

- Former chancellor: gone.
- Former interim chancellor: gone.
- Board chairman: gone.
- CCSU president: gone.
- Now the Board of Regents vice chair: gone - after describing the culture as “dysfunctional” and plagued by “political in-fighting.”

Republicans have been demanding investigations and answers. Now CSCU’s own leadership is supplying the description.

At this rate, Connecticut Democrats may need a search committee just to find someone to serve on the search committee.

Every trip to work. Every school pickup. Every grocery run. Connecticut drivers pay at the pump…

But you don’t just pay for gas. Gov. Lamont and Connecticut Democrats take their cut, too.

The proposal is simple: suspend Connecticut’s gas tax.

If Gov. Lamont and CT Democrats want to act on affordability now, they have an available route: call the legislature into special session and put gas-tax relief on the agenda.

Connecticut families don’t fill their tanks with promises.

CCSU ended the investigation, but that doesn’t mean the questions disappear with it.

Serious allegations were made against former President Zulma Toro. Now she’s gone, and the investigation is over without findings.

That’s not how accountability should work.

Connecticut’s higher education system has faced repeated questions about oversight, leadership, employee protections, and financial controls. Ending an unresolved investigation only creates another one:

Who is going to get to the bottom of what happened?

Leaving office shouldn’t be an escape hatch from accountability. Connecticut taxpayers, students, faculty, and staff deserve answers.

Republicans are demanding accountability and answers. Democrats are silent.

MILLIONS WENT OUT THE DOOR. THE RECEIPTS? THAT’S ANOTHER STORY.

An audit found $2.4 million in unsupported costs after taxpayer dollars flowed through a network of nonprofits and businesses, including organizations with political connections involving former Democratic Sen. Doug McCrory.

Apparently, the paperwork caught up with the money eventually.

Taxpayers might prefer it the other way around…

Connecticut residents were asked how the affordability crisis is going. The numbers speak for themselves.

50% say they are financially worse off than a year ago.

87% say their cost of living increased.

And only 13% say state policymakers have done very or somewhat well addressing affordability.

Democrats hold the governorship and majorities in both chambers of the General Assembly, giving them substantial authority over Connecticut’s state policy agenda.

Connecticut residents have delivered their assessment.

Democrats are not getting the job done. It’s time for Republicans to take the wheel.

How many leadership controversies does Connecticut’s public college system need before there is more oversight?

CCSU President Zulma Toro is stepping down while CSCU investigates allegations of bullying, intimidation and a workplace culture of “fear.”

Days ago, an independent review found an “overall failure” by multiple CSCU officials in handling separate sexual-harassment concerns involving former interim Chancellor John Maduko.

Before that came former Chancellor Terrence Cheng and a state audit that uncovered absurd spending and serious gaps in financial oversight across CSCU. Cheng’s taxpayer- and tuition-funded expenses included expensive meals and car services, while the system was simultaneously dealing with major financial pressures.

At some point, the question gets bigger than any single president or chancellor:

Governor Lamont, who is watching the people at the top of CSCU? 🤔

🚨 CONNECTICUT CORRUPTION: YOU CAN’T MAKE THIS UP.

A former senior Lamont administration official was convicted on 21 federal corruption charges… and then FLED THE COUNTRY before sentencing.

Now Kosta Diamantis is in Greece, and a federal warrant is out for his arrest.

One-party Democratic rule has consequences. Connecticut needs accountability. Connecticut needs balance.

Folks, is this the ultimate insult, or what? Democrats think everything is fine and the exorbitant electric rates we are all paying are just fine. It’s an indisputable fact that electric rates are markedly higher now than they were in 2018, all thanks to Democrat “leadership.” Don’t let your friends and family fall for this nonsense this election season. It’s time for new leadership in Hartford!
