Check out Emily Erwin, Cedar County 4-Her, and her human development project that is highlighted by Nebraska 4-H!

The Nebraska 4‑H Project Showcase celebrates the skills youth develop through 4‑H project work. Today's highlighted projects focus on learning new skills! From Cedar County, Emily wanted to learn more about child development and help kids develop their fine motor skills, so she created a busy board to help children practice colors and numbers. Emily learned what it takes to create a project like this while working with materials she wasn’t used to. “I learned how to attach different objects to the board and use different objects like screws, wood glue, and a drill.” Learn more about project work in 4-H at https://4h.unl.edu/resources/projects!
