Located in the bustling village of Hartland, Heritage Lake Country is a state-of-the-art 124-unit senior living community that offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Enhanced Assisted Living, and Memory Care, allowing residents to age in place as their health care needs change. Opened in 2017, Heritage Lake Country’s high-end units come complete with a full kitchen (Independent) or kitchenette (Assisted) with stainless steel appliances and high-quality cabinetry, as well as granite countertops, private bathrooms with walk-in showers, and in-floor radiant heat.
