We are excited for the new apparatus coming to station 12 in Byrdtown! This tanker will replace our older outgoing tanker and will feature more water and equipment to better serve our community. We will keep you all updated when the apparatus becomes in service.

Come out and show your support. We are having our annual boot drive today from 8:30-3 at the intersection of W Old Camden Rd and Lakeview blvd Hartsville. If you are not able to make it we also have cash app and Venmo available.

Our 2023 Christmas party was a huge turnout. We thank everyone who came to be apart of a special time. We are very proud of all our members on what they have accomplished this year as well as what all they do for the station and the community. Also a huge thanks to Tommy’s in Lydia for catering tonight the food was delicious! Our 2023 awards goes as follows:

We have enjoyed being out in the community today at the P*e Dee FOP lodge 25 car show at Darlington Raceway. Last Saturday we also attended the Pine Ridge firemans association’s car show with great interest in our 1948 Ford F-5.

Annabelle our 1948 Ford F-5 is cleaned up and waxed ready to go for the car show tomorrow at the Clyde Church of God in Pineridge hosted by DCFD Station 8. We will be there from 8:30-1 come out and show your support! 🚨🚒

We had great training doing drafting and water shuttle operations. Even setting up a dual tank drafting operation for larger fires that require more water flow!
