JPAWS director Michelle Brignac and Humane Officer Victoria Clark traveled off-site to check on the condition of three horses Monday. The animals were in awful shape when they were surrendered to a rescue last spring. There have been inquiries about their welfare and Monday Brignac and Clark were able to see their recovery in person. They found them cared for, well fed and physically active.
