Today we want to take a moment to recognize and say a heartfelt thank you to Noah for his incredible generosity in providing the Hawesville Fire Department with autism support backpacks.

These backpacks are so much more than just equipment — they are a way for us to show compassion, provide comfort, and better serve families in our community during some of their most difficult moments.

The Hawesville Fire Department and Hancock County are truly grateful for people like Noah. What he is doing for our community is nothing short of amazing. To see such kindness, love, and a servant’s heart from such a young man is truly inspiring.

Noah, your actions are making a difference and reminding all of us what it means to care for others. Your generosity and compassion are a blessing to our community, and we cannot thank you enough for thinking of others and helping us be better prepared to serve.

Thank you, Noah, for being an incredible example of love, kindness, and giving back. We are so proud to have people like you in our community.

Come Join the Hawesville Volunteer FireDepartment!

We’re looking for people who want to serve their community, make lifelong friends, and learn valuable skills that can make a difference both on and off the fireground.

No experience is needed—we’ll provide the training. All you need is a willingness to learn and a heart for serving others.

Stop by the station any Monday afternoon, or anytime you see the bay doors open. We’d be happy to show you what it’s like to be part of the Hawesville Volunteer Fire Department and answer any questions you have.

Your community needs you. Come see if volunteering is right for you! 🚒❤️

🚒 Thank You for Supporting Hawesville Volunteer Fire Department 🚒

The Hawesville Volunteer Fire Department would like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone in our community and all those involved in helping make our new bunker gear purchase possible.

Because of your support, we were able to outfit three firefighters with new, properly fitted sets of bunker gear. Having safe, modern, and correctly fitted gear is critical to protecting our firefighters as they respond to emergencies and serve our community.

This investment not only helps keep our firefighters safe, but it also helps ensure we can continue providing the highest level of service and protection to the citizens of Hawesville and the surrounding area.

Thank you for believing in our department and supporting the men and women who answer the call when our community needs us most.

Your support helps keep our firefighters safe, so we can continue keeping our community safe. ❤️🚒
